"At first, the prices looked pretty…"
At first, the prices looked reasonable, but once I started clicking around, the total kept changing. Extra fees and updated totals would show up later, so I never really felt like I knew what I was actually going to pay. It got frustrating quickly, the whole process made me feel more like a ticket number than a customer. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I ended up leaving without buying anything. I just wish the full price had been clear from the start.

"Seats Were Actually Correct"
The seats were accurate, which was a pleasant surprise because you never really know what you’re going to get with these things. Nice that this part worked out exactly as expected.

"Ticket transfer was a mess"
I bought Astros tickets and the transfer just would not go through no matter what I tried. I kept reaching out to support and it started to feel like I was begging them to fix something I already paid for, which made me resentful. They took way too long to respond and I ended up missing part of the game. I don’t think I’d trust this site again.

"Okay site, but didn’t really work out for me"
I was trying to plan a little Astros game outing and figured I’d check astros-tickets since it came up while I was looking around. The site itself was fine to browse, and nothing about it was especially confusing, but after clicking through for a bit and comparing a few options, I started to realize I wasn’t really getting anywhere. The seats I was hoping for mostly weren’t available, and a lot of the sections had either nothing listed or just one random seat here and there. The prices also seemed kind of inconsistent, so maybe I just caught it at the wrong time. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but since the selection was so limited, it wasn’t that useful for me...

"Way Cheaper Than I Thought"
I was surprised by how little I ended up paying. It felt like I got a tiny miracle of a deal, and the tickets worked perfectly with no issues at all.

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to ask for a refund on my Astros tickets after our plans changed. The form was simple to fill out, but I didn’t hear anything back right away, so I was kinda unsure what was going on at first. After a couple days, they got back to me and processed it. The money showed up back on my card about a week later. Timing wasnt perfect, but they handled it and were polite enough.

"Order Email Was Too Vague"
I got the email confirming my order, but it didn’t really explain what happens next. I was left wondering when it would ship, how I’d track it, or if there were any next steps on my end. I don’t think customers should have to guess after placing an order, there needs to be clearer communication and some accountability for keeping people informed

"I got my Astros tickets on my…"
I got my Astros tickets on my phone, but they took longer to load than I expected. I had to refresh the page before they finally showed up correctly. Once they loaded, getting into the game was fine, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Still, the mobile access could definitely be smoother. Also, I never got any kind of follow-up afterward, which was a little frustrating since it would’ve been nice to know they were aware of the issue.

"Support was way slower than it should’ve been"
I needed help quickly, but their support took way too long to get back to me. What annoyed me more was the usual polished-sounding company response once they finally replied, like it was written to sound helpful without actually caring much. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Parking pass situation was frustrating"
I tried getting tickets through astros-tickets.org, but the parking pass part was annoying. It either looked like there weren’t any available or it just wasn’t clear what I was actually able to buy, if that makes sense. I ended up having to sort it out somewhere else at the last minute. Not the best experience if you’re trying to get parking along with your game tickets.

"Checkout Gave Me a Bad Feeling"
I was trying to buy Astros tickets and wasn’t paying attention to much besides the seats and the final price at first. But once I got to the payment page, something about it just didn’t feel secure to me. Maybe I’m picky about where I enter my card info, but I’d rather be safe than deal with a bigger problem later. I ended up backing out.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this: my event ended up getting canceled, and when I reached out for support, they replied way too late and didn’t really help much. Frustrating experience overall, and I’d definitely think twice before booking again.

"Tickets were easy to find, but checkout felt off"
I found the tickets without any trouble, which was nice, but the checkout process felt kind of clunky. A few steps seemed a little weird and made me second-guess whether everything was going through properly. It worked in the end, but I was definitely a bit suspicious while finishing the purchase.

"Setup was fine, just a little clunky"
I made an account on astros-tickets.org and it was mostly okay. Logging in was simple enough, so that part was fine, but updating my info took longer than I thought it would. The site layout is basic, and I had to click around a bit to find this and that in my account settings. Nothing awful or anything, just not as smooth as it could be. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

"Trying to Get Wheelchair Seating Was Way More Complicated Than It Should’ve Been"
I needed to book wheelchair-accessible seats the whole process was a mess. I kept thinking, okay, maybe I’m missing something obvious here, but the site just made it way more confusing than it needed to be. Then I reached out to support hoping they’d clear it up, and instead I was left feeling like… great, so now what? It shouldn’t be this hard to find and book accessible seating

"I had to change my Astros game date..."
I had to change my Astros game date last minute, and I wasn’t expecting the ticket exchange to go that smoothly. It took me a few minutes to poke around and figure out what I was doing, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but it did end up working. I guess I’m glad the option was there, because it was definitely better than eating the cost of tickets I couldn’t use.

"I bought two tickets and when..."
I bought two tickets and when we got to the gate, they wouldn’t scan and we were told they weren’t valid. You’d think if you buy tickets, they should just work, or support should be able to fix it quickly. Instead, I kept getting bounced around with no real help.

"Checkout seriously wore me down"
I don’t know, the whole checkout process just felt way harder than it needed to be. I’d be ready to place the order, then suddenly extra fees showed up, and the page kept freezing at the worst moments. At one point I wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through or if I was just stuck in some glitchy loop. Maybe the product was fine, but the checkout experience alone was enough to make me not want to use this site again.

"Tickets arrived way too late"
A friend recommended this, so I figured I’d give it a try, but the tickets took way too long to show up. I was stressing right before the game wondering if they’d arrive in time. They did eventually come through, but the whole process was too slow and not really worth the hassle for me.

I tried using the promo code when I was checking out last night, but it kept failing every time. After a few attempts, I went ahead with the order and realized I was still charged the full price.
